Abacus Group, the managed IT and cybersecurity service provider, has bought Chicago-based Entara, which also serves financial services firms, to boost its US presence and offering across cybersecurity, professional services and digital infrastructure.
Abacus said in a statement that the deal “enables the seamless, global extension of managed IT and cybersecurity services at scale, including the market-leading abacusFlex platform, to Entara’s existing clients.
