Cheyne’s real estate unit invests in London development

Cheyne Capital’s real estate lending unit is backing a scheme to build 208 homes as part of the Old Oak Common redevelopment in West London.

The unit is providing £73m ($87m) of development debt to the scheme, which is a joint venture between the City & Docklands Property Group and Housing Growth Partnership.
