Leading multi-strategy operator D.E. Shaw is swapping its London base in Marylebone for a new office in Mayfair.
The New York-based firm, the seventh-largest hedge fund manager in the world at the start of 2026, is vacating the 55 Baker Street office ahead of a planned refurbishment and is looking to lease 30,000 square feet at a new office the other side of Oxford Street.
