Dalio questions longevity of pod-shop model

Ray Dalio has questioned the longevity of the multi-strategy pod-shop model in a new interview marking 50 years since he founded Bridgewater Associates.

Speaking on the Odd Lots podcast, he said the diversified model of multiple, separate investment teams was a “totally valid” approach but that it was not conducive to the team spirit and “cohesiveness” of long-term business success.
