Nico Dil, who spent more than 12 years at Citadel, has appointed Neil Hobson, the COO at Gladstone Management, as launch CEO for his new firm, NovaCore Capital.
Dil, who joined Citadel in October 2012 and was a PM until March this year, is launching an industrials-first, market-neutral long/short equity firm.
“As CIO, my priorities are developing talent, leading rigorous, research-driven stock selection, and constructing balanced, alpha-focused portfolios within a disciplined risk framework,” he wrote to announce the launch.
