EY is the most widely used auditor among leading hedge fund managers, the new AFI 500 ranking shows.
EY, with 168 clients, is ahead of PwC, KPMG and other peers on the new list.
It includes nine auditing firms with at least four clients on the AFI 500. There is a long tail of firms with one, two or three. Please contact AFI for details and for information about service providers to specific hedge funds.
The ranking incorporates the world’s leading 500 hedge fund managers on a regulated AuM basis, broadly capturing the universe of firms at $1bn or more in absolute hedge fund assets.
