Alternative investment practitioners and allocators will gather in Frankfurt on Thursday 29 June for a new event exploring trends in finance and geopolitics.
Dave Fishwick, macro manager with M&G Investments, and Jiří Król, deputy CEO with Aima, are among the speakers at the Alternative Investment Congress (AIC), organised by CAPinside, a German digital investment network.
“The challenging market environment of recent months has led investors to consider further investment opportunities,” said Achim Denkel, CEO at Hamburg-based CAPinside.
“Known and new alternative investments will be discussed at the congress. We are very pleased to be able to present this high-calibre agenda at CAPinside’s first event of this kind.”
The event will explore current themes in alternatives, why Europe and Germany matter as an investment location for hedge funds and private assets, plus geopolitical trends.
Other speakers include Dr. Sofia Harrschar, head of alternative investments at Universal-Investment and Dr. Louise Tumchewics of the Department of War Studies at King’s College London.
