Man Group AuM drops $5.6bn in April turmoil

Man Group CEO, Robyn Grew

Man Group’s assets base declined by about $5.6bn in the first two weeks of April as market turmoil sparked by President Trump’s tariff agenda hit performance.

Strong inflows and slight gains in the long-only side of the business outweighed losses in alternatives in Q1, increasing AuM from $168.6bn at end-year to $172.6bn at the end of March.
