Portfolio enrichment trend deepens with Capula’s Cinctive ticket and Citadel’s alpha capture



Two recent multi-strat developments add further weight to AFI’s concept of “portfolio enrichment” — which describes how the largest firms are leaning on the smallest via external allocations and alpha capture programs to enhance their offerings.

First, we have Capula Investment Management (a $35bn firm, ranked 22nd in AFI’s $10bn+ Power List) which has allocated $450m to New York-based multi-strategy hedge fund Cinctive Capital Management.
